On the old TPCR forum we had two huge lists of tablet models, one for Win8, and one for Win10. On our second forum we started a new thread for Win 11 tablets. I’m copying most of that here (for now without product links) and I’ll try to add some new models that came out in the past few months. Feel free to chime in with any missing models, and if you can, please include a link to the specs page from the manufacturer.
Note: this thread is only for laptops that are available with Win11 preinstalled.

This probably doesn't belong here, but I saw this review of the GPD Duo Dual - a Lenovo Yoga 9i like dual screen notebook, but it is incredibly affordable - $2539 with dual AMOLED touch/pen input screens, AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor, 64gb ram and 8tb SSD - YES
There's a detailed review on MSN:

Lisa's brief review of the Samsung Galaxy Book5 Pro 360 was just posted:

I'd love to make this post a wiki, but a quick google search tells me wix doesn't allow this. Next option: make this an excel sheet again, and share the document with trusted users that pinkie promise not to destroy the data and not to share the editable link?
Another dual-screen option:

on Indiegogo:
Stylus is MPP --- the first dual-screen device which is Wacom EMR gets my money.
Apart from the convertible laptop ASUS ProArt PX13 already mentioned by Forged, there also is the detachable ASUS ProArt PZ13 (13.3-inch 2880 x 1800 OLED 16:10 aspect ratio display - MPP 2.0 stylus - ARM Snapdragon® X Plus processor - 16 Gb RAM - 1Tb SSD).
According to Brad Colbow and other reviewers, the keyboard is included (but not the pen), it has very long battery life, and is quite responsive:

But it has no cellular connection :-(
Samsung Galaxy line got bumped w/ Book 4, Book 4 Pro 360
Asus ProArt PX13 and Asus ProArt P16 should both be added to the list with MPP 2.0.
Another one:

Hi10 Max
A cheap tablet but, according to some reviews, it is not too powerful and has poor battery life :-(
And this one:

This is a very powerful only WIFI tablet with an AMD chip.
