Not sure if I mentioned this earlier. My Samsung Tab 6 Lite (2018 I think, confusing since thay have the same name but 3 iterations) went haywire a while back. The screen got Tourettes, or some other spastic disease. My amateurish diagnosis was that some connector between the screen and MB had gotten loose somehow. I figured some of the local shops that offer “PC repair” would be happy to take on the task. Turns out they pretty much only do iToys, and mainly limited to battery exchanges. Having biked around most of the island I finally gave up (irritating since the device worked fine except for the spastic screen) and ordered a Galaxy Tab 9 FE (not touching the 6 Lite version again).
The new device arrived today and it gives you the option to move everything from an older device, but since I can’t touch that screen and initiate a transfer (or accept it) on the 6 Lite, I decided to do an installation from scratch. A few screens later the 9 FE informs me that it has sent a verificaton code to my 6 Lite. Can anyone lend me a Glock 19?
Wow, that is so bad. Google has done that to me back in the day. I decided to try a Google Pixel not that long ago. Sent it back to them and when I was setting up my iPhone, for my gmail it asked for a verification from the phone I sent them. 🙄
