I use Samsung messinger and have since buying my Note 10 in 2019. Google is giving me notices that Samsung messinger is ending on November 7th this year. It keeps trying to get me to install Google Messinger.
Anybody know if this is true? Is Samsung messinger ending on November 7th?
Verizon has been saying they were going to kill off messenger plus for months. Something about implementing RCS. I think they're just trying to dump the staff and expense of maintenance on the app. Problem is, messenger plus would allow you to use it as a second messaging app for a different phone line than the line your current SIM card was attached to. Google messages does not provide that functionality.
