Regarding magnetic USB-C connectors, I suggest that you trial fit the plug posrtion of the connector in the USB port. If your experience is like mine, you may find that it is amazingly difficult to remove it if you should ever want to insert an ordinary USB-C cable. I actually stopped using that particular cable. In addition to the troublesome plug, the strength of the magnetic connection was, at best, so-so. Caveat emptor...!

Thanks to forum member Kuma for a smooth and trouble-free (well, almost trouble free) international transaction. In a first for me, Kuma wired the shipping cost (and the all-important $1 American!) by Western Union and I was able to pick up the cash at my local Walmart without any trouble. Interestingly, the only thing they asked me was to spell Kuma's name while hiding their computer screen. Once I did that, deal done! Kuma, I hope that the Pro X serves you well...!

I in the event that it's the Wild West at her school, I reluctantly recommend Apple (because it mostly just works and is very popular), then Windows (because Office 360 is still the go-to business app) and lastly Android.

I hate to have a negative opinion about this, but isn't this the same as when we re-restarted with a new forum and a sub reddit? The sub reddit only got used until the forum was decently up and running and then the reddit was effectively forgotten. Dividing discussion into two apps doesn't seem like it would encourage continuity, which is an essential element for a successful meeting place... Just my opinion, though...

Yes, MoI will work with your stylus. I initially liked this feature, but as time went on it fell out of favor with me. The problem was that the mouse is a superbly refined pointing device, capable of extremely fine positioning. This is because you can brace both the mouse and the heel of your hand simultaneously against the desktop or mousing surface, allowing fine motor control movements. By contrast, the stylus is gripped in your hand but the nib is distanced from your fingers and is also "far" away from the heel of your hand, assuming that you're able to rest your hand on the screen at all. By comparison, fine motor control is significantly less satisfactory. MoI works as advertised, but I was somewhat frustrated by the relative lack of fine stylus control... In that regard, YMMV...
